Midrin was the Gold standard for migraines for many years. I have not needed any for 10 years. But now my migraines are back again. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Generic Midrin is still available via a prescription however the FDA removed it from approved migraine meds thus the insurance companies are not covering the cost. I was told by CVS/Caremark to ask the pharmacist to fill under RX cost program and/or use coupons for the medicine available online. I've found that Samsclub/Costco can be cheaper to fill prescriptions when you are paying out of pocket. Good Luck! Midrin is the only med that works for my migraines. So frustrating!
