Well, I am 58, always been fit and healthy until a couple years ago... been having bad eye irritations and thyroid problems which are finally being resolved... I use to work out with weights at a gym and loved it and feel it was helping to keep me fit and toned and the weight down... had to give it up a couple years ago due to the pressure in my head... but have continued to hike and walk five days a week... The problem? BELLY FLAB and fat that I can not seem to get rid of... I am not really overweight, just need to find a safe way to reduce the fat around the middle... It is said that menopausal women and stress can add this type of fat and it is hard to get rid of... Anyone with some good help ideas for me out there? I am 5'2" and about 125-130 pounds...
