If you stop early, it is the same as missing pills and you could get pregnant like that. Just do from the last active pill of this pack to the first active pill of the next skipping in inactive pills. This should prevent your period although you may still spot (and you could have a full blown period) but it is the best way to try to avoid a period at a certain time. It is okay to do this up to 3-4 times a year.
