answered my last question and I'm hoping she can help me with this last one. For day light savings (Fall Back) I changed my normal time which is 7pm to 6pm so that it's still the time my body is used to. Later on I found out that it wasn't necessary for me to do that. Now i'm wondering if i made a (big) mistake by doing so and how long it will take for my body to get used to the 6pm time instead of 7pm if i did make a mistake? I appreciate your help
