... discharge. But I have a discharge everyday I'm not on my period. Is this normal???
Yes, the hormones can change your discharge but the vagina is also a moist organ. It consists of mucus membranes and the discharges make the vagina a "self cleaning" organ. To function normally those discharges should be there. It is just the normal functioning of the vagina. You never EVER want to douche. Some women feel the need to douche to wash away these discharges but this is not necessary and is even bad for the health of your vagina (unless your Dr tells you to). Douching changes the pH and natural balance of the vagina and this can cause infections to set in.
