Do you mean you missed the last two active pills in the pack before your inactive week? Just throw out the pack and start a new one. Dont worry about the brown pills or skipping a week. Start a new pack and use a non-hormonal back up like a condom for seven days after the last missed pill or until you are one week into the new pack. You will likely bleed some because of the two missed pills but you may not. Your period may be a little early next time and it may be a little heavier, then again, it may be on time as normal. No worries though. Just start your next pack now and be sure if you have sex in the next seven days that you use condoms (adding spermicidal foam is always good too) Is that clear to you or do you still have questions? Did I completely misunderstand your question?
So am I correct in understanding that you have missed 2 active pills (white) right before the brown ones?
If so then you should discard the remaining packet and start on a new pack. You will need to use another method of contraception, such as condoms, for the next 7 days.
For more information read your package insert. It contains detailed instructions on what to do if you miss pills.
Talk with your doctor or pharmacist if you are still unsure.
