all I can say is that I don't have any pains in my legs and hips, except the regular osterprosis and scoliosis. I am hoping so it is working because it hasn't caused me any problems. I would recommend it, but wouldn't tell anyone to switch over . That is your decision after you do some searching on the product. Will answer any questions I can.
