It has shown it to cause cancer in rats. They give the rat a huge amt that is more then a grown human would take, then worry us about what happens to the rat. There isn't really evidence it causes cancer in humans.
One time use will not harm you. Do not drink alcohol while using this drug, it'll make you extremely nauseous, and you might experience sloughing off the vaginal wall which is normal, which looks like rolled up pieces of toilet paper, and you might experience some spotting. And make sure you wear a pad when you use it at night, it might leak out! I have been on this medication before and I am a nursing student, used to be pharmacy technician.
