I have a lifelong history of treatment resistant depression and major anxiety. I have been on a plethora of various meds to limited prolonged effect. After recent research methylphenidate came up as a viable option, but im concerned about my doctor not wanting to persue it due to my high blood pressure. I am on a total of 4 HBP medications at the moment. Do you think methylphenidate would be considered in my case?
Probably not a good idea as it can increase blood pressure and pulse rate;
