I am a patient of rehumaoid arthritis and i am on methotrexate for last 4 months, my anticolugant test is possitive so can i take aspirin 75mg with methotrexate ?
I've been taking Methotrexate at 15 mg a week for six months with no problems, but I seem to remember that I have been advised to avoid aspirin and also NSAIDs and other anti-inflammatories because of drug interaction.
If there is a problem with the positive anticoagulant test, best to get back to the doctor who prescribed the Methotrexate and ask for their advice.
