My daughter will be 2 years old in late March 2017 and was diagnosed with arthritis. So far it's been her ankle knee and finger. Cancer runs rampid in her father's and my family. Not sure what to ask. My sister died at 9 from leukemia. Anyone have any info on anything about children using this med that they know of? Any advice tips or anything to make her more comfortable since she can't talk yet? Maybe something that would make you feel better? Any info is appreciated greatly.
Private; I am so sorry for all of you and the problems you daughter is having I believe Because of her age there is not a lot they can give her at this point, Which could change later as she gets a bit older, But yes this is a very strong medication But there really is nothing that they can give that would do near what this does. And I am sure this is a special doctor that works with children So the doctor would not take any chances that would outway the benefits for her. And knows what test need to be run and how often. I really would try and write down anything that you are really worried about at this point so you can have a good talk to give yourself some relief about her having to take this. God bless and hope she continues to get the right care. Have a good evening.
