... was time to start dropping (taper). I'm now at 41mlg; it took me over 6 months to get here. I drop 1mlg every 7 days for 5 weeks at a time (5mlg drop over a 5 week period) then I stop and decide what kinda time off I need (if any) I've been having a lot of leg/feet cramps latley; more and more as my does gets lower. Any thoughts or suggestions people have to offer on my detox plan or the probs I've been having with leg pains would be greaty appreciated. I should add that I've never shared these problems with a support group this kind, so I'm a little nervous. Thanks you!
