I have been diagnosed with PCOS 4 years ago and since then I have been taking spironolactone 100mg a day. It does help me 100% with my PCOS symptoms like hair loss. I tried to stop taking it but I get really badly hair loss so I have no choice as to continue taking. Unfortunately with spironolactone I can not try to get pregnant. Its very dangerous for a baby. After stop taking this medicine I would have to wait at list 6 months before I can even start traying to get pregnant.
