No, not at all. Metadate CD is a long acting form of Methylphenidate (otherwise known as Ritalin) It is a stimulant drug used to treat ADHD. Roxies (a slang term used for Roxicodone) are an opioid pain reliever called oxycodone and are used for moderate to severe pain. Their uses and actions are very very different from each other.
