... perscribed prozac. I am not depressed... just want the dizziness to stop. Does anyone have any input?
Not sure if you have found relief... hopefully you have given your posting date. I started Menopause early with no family history... I found that the most successful treatment in reversing Menopausal symptoms was by taking Evening Primrose Oil pills. For best results I would take 1 in the morning (as soon as I woke up) and 1 at night (in preparation with getting ready to go to sleep). This pill actually knocked out all of the symptoms within a week. I stopped taking them after 3 months because I no longer had any menopausal unpleasantry side effects; however, 2 years later when symptoms returned with a vengeance they no longer worked (bought my pills from Whole foods (organic)... Could have been because I was 34 at the time. Later the only thing that worked was Maximum Strength Estroven (Target)... I had the same physiological results. Now 5 years in... still ok. I recommend these alternatives to everyone and by response I've received much praise and gratitude.
My advice is find what works for you... at least my suggestion is Inexpensive and sold over the counter (pretty much everywhere) and does not include a glossary list of side effect hazards. Good luck. ♡
