Will melatonin adversely affect the pouch of a gastric lap band patient?

I dont' see any reason it should, however there are melatonin tablets that dissolve in your mouth. This could be an alternative for you.

Great suggestion. I'll head to the store. It seems that I get a better nights rest with melatonin than with zolpediem.

I've gotten it at walmart. They taste pretty good too,and seem to work faster.

Fast acting would be the bonus. I have to sit up for an hour so that the tablet dissolves well, and I'm drinking a lot of water, otherwise I can taste the melatonin in the morning when I wake up - so you know it stayed longer in the pouch. free discount card
