Hi i really wanted to know if a young male aged between 30-35, 6'3" app.280, would suffer loss of erection EVERY TIME he has sex, but can still get to orgasm by hand, simply because intercourse is more physically demanding
First of all, does b/p mean blood pressure or bipolar? Secondly, are you concerned that you're losing the erection because intercourse is more physically demanding, or because of the meds? Furthermore, what does more physically demanding mean? And then, is this with a new woman, or someone you've been with many times before? What's more, do you smoke? Tobacco is one of the biggest erection killers there is. I think you don't know much about ED as of yet, and if it's starting to happen to you, you better learn about it. The first thing you need to know is it's not a simple thing. You can't ask 1 vague question and expect an intelligent answer. And you should tell us which meds you take, and I mean all meds for anything. I know a bit about ED but I really can't help you with the information you provided. I'm wondering if you also take SSRIs, because those are also erection killers, and often complete sex drive killers. There is also a med called Cardura that's used for High Blood pressure as well as urinary hesitancy, and it's known to stop a man from ejaculating. It reduces the seaman to very little or nothing, and I suppose in some men it also makes maintaining an erection more difficult.
Do you understand that gravity is an erection's best friend? So have you tried intercourse in the doggy style with you standing and your girl on the edge of the bed? If you haven't, try that and see if it helps.
You also need to determine if this is a physical case of partial ED or if it's a mental issue? This is one reason I asked if this is a new woman or a usual partner you've been with before.
So add all this info to your original question. There is a way to add more info. Do that.
