Is there any meds that I can take to clear my sinuses that does not interact with citalopram/celexa?

You should be able to take pseudophedrine. Do you have allergies?

Hi, i take Citalopram and use Vicks Sinex nasal spray when my sinuses are congested. The active ingredient is oxymetazoline. Maybe you want to try it out?

Saline works just fine & is called Ocean Spray. the drug stores have their own generics that work just as well... Mary

Hi Mary, I either use that one or "Ayr" saline nasal mist... and it really does help. Placing warm compresses on the face, too as well as using preservative free eye drops...

My doc says to use mucinex. Get the decongestant version. It helps a lot.
