Yes, Neurontin (gabapentin) can help with restless leg syndrome.
There are other medications for RLS, but some of them are a bit drastic (and are for Parkinson's Disease) so try the Neurontin first. It may just settle the nerves into submission so you can sleep. I hope it works for you!
