Does anyone know if this has aspirin in it?I've been having alot of acid in my stomach lately and it seems to come on after taking this.
Its very easy to tell that. Spironalactone is the generic (chemical) name, no aspirin added to that name, so it has none in it. When you have a generic name, if it would have aspirin or anything else, the name would have to have both active ingredients listed. For example Percocet would have the generic name written as oxycodone/tylenol.
