What for medicine "prexanor" is used?

Hello. I could not find a listing for "prexanor" If you might, please verify the spelling. Appreciated pledge
As pledge said this was a diff one to find anything on. We don't use this in this country, and I guess not in Canada either, lol... Judging that is a theophylline derivative I would have to say its used for breathing. We seldom even use theophylline anymore.
