I'm wondering if two medicines share the same active ingredients, do they share the same effect?
For example I have 2 medicines that have the same active ingredients but different in amount:
Medicine 1: 250mg Atovaquone and 100mg Proguanil HCl
Medicine 2: 62,5mg Atovaquone and 25mg Proguanil HCl
Do they share the same effect? If my prescription contain the first one but I can't buy it, can I replace it by the second one?
Should I care about thing like allergy (or anything) that cause by the minor ingredients of the medicine?
Thank you very much.
Does medicine that have the same active ingredients have the same effect?
