The quickest and easiest medication to apply to a wart is an OTC liquid called Compound W.
Compound W consists of a salicylic acid.
After applying Compound W several times the wart softens due to the salicylic acid in the medication.
Best of luck

Hi Jackson,
Bestpup gave you great advice.
I just want to add my two cents.
Warts are caused by the HPV virus that generally enters from a break in the skin. It's a virus that spreads.
Keep your hands away from your face.
It grows in dark moist places so wearing slippers in locker rooms, frequent hand washing etc, is important.
Best wishes
:-)
