I am a nurse, and for my mother (who is 88 years old) I had the doctor give her Restoril 7.5mg. They are very mild, help her sleep and don't leave her feeling drugged or groggy. I also use them on occasion and they work great. You get a good night's rest and wake up alert and ready to go.

My mother is 80 years old and has great difficulty sleeping . Restoril does not help her at all.

I have a 74 year old friend that is taking the homeopathic sleeping pill called Moondrops... they are a natural product and she likes them so very much. They can be ordered online and if interested, I can send the website. Good luck. Anne
