I have been taking it in the evening but have a hard time going and staying asleep. I wake up groggy. Should I take this medication in the morning?
I have been on Lexapro for many years now, and I take it in the morning.
You can certainly try taking it in the morning instead of at night.
I strive to take it at the same time daily (have a reminder set on my iPhone) & I would definitely recommend trying to take it at the same time each day once you have established which time works best for you. Best of luck!
