I have been taking Crestor for years. My insurance company is now taking the full amount of the Crestor and putting it towards my deductible. Now my co-pay is the full amount of the Crestor, which is now $400+. While researching I came across Walmart's prescription list. They are charging $9 for three months of lovastatin. Is this a good substitute for Crestor?
