... specifically to?
Hi Tom, it's great that you came here, I promise to help. You can start by finding a Narcotics Anonymous meeting in or near the town you live in. You should be able to find something by doing a search online. Than you can find a doctor who prescribes Suboxone. That is a drug they give you so you don't get sick while you detox off the Oxycodone. They may have clinics in your area. There is help out there and it's easy to get, you just need to reach! :)
You have come to the right place to receive support and encouragement. Bunnycats is right on with her suggestion of getting to some Narcotics Anonymous meetings. With determination you can taper off the oxycodone and avoid withdrawals or locate a doctor that prescribes Suboxone for opiate detox. If you want to investigate this route, try the doctor locator at Suboxone.com. Either way, we care and want you know that we support your efforts.
Dear Tom in Miami,
Bunny Cats and Lauri Shay have allready given you the best advice. I just want to support you on your decision and let you know that there are people here who care and who have been where you are. I want to encourage you and I wish you all the luck in the world. God Bless. Ruth
