Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage plans do cover Lyrica - it really depends what your plan is as to how much your out-of-pocket expense will be. It can range from as little as $15 to as much as $398 (if your deductible hasn't been met).
Medicaid may cover Lyrica, but requires a pre-authorization. If approved, generally annual re-approvals will be needed .
Your doctor's office or pharmacist should be able to call your insurance carriers to find out, or you can try calling too.
