... physical functions on the job? I get heated up at work now while unloading stock, bending, straightening up shelves, etc., and now our employer wants us to add another layer of clothing, i.e., sleeveless, knitted, zippered vests over our polo shirts, which are only going to make me heat up quicker.. I'm already wearing shirts w/the shortest sleeves allowed, and capris. We R in the midwest, but I get heated up even in the winter. Are there any professional recommendations I can show to management that will help exempt me from wearing the vests? I'm 72 years old, have had 2 PE's (diagnosed w/Factor V Leiden, Factor VIII). Please help!
