My boyfriend has been having issues and have had tons of blood work done now and he got his test results back and everything looks pretty normal but his doctor won't even see his results until tomorrow and can't confirm or deny anything is wrong yet. That's the only thing that looks odd to us and nobody can help. Google isn't helping.
Hi Maddy, heterogeneities are groups of things which are different so heteromorphous means the lymphocytes can be grouped into discretely different shapes which may prevent them from doing their job properly. As blood cells are produced by bone marrow it may indicate an underlying issue that is affecting their morphology (shape). It maybe that they exhibit more than just natural variability such as size.
I'd be inclined not to worry until you are given a reason to. For example my red blood cells show more than average variability in size but I enjoy quite robust health all things considered
