I went to lay on my side and I got this sharp pain in my heart. I manged to sit up but the pain continued for about 2-3 minutes. I was only able to breathe shallow breaths. Movement seemed to intensify the pain. But no other symptoms. What could this be?
My doctor told me years ago that if I was having a pain in the area of my heart, to try changing position. Roll over, hunch a bit forward, sit very straight. If you can make the pain go away by doing one of those, it's probably not your heart. Could be a muscle strain. Always good to check with your doctor though!
