Ginger is a wonderful thing for acid reflux or even upset stomach, if you can stand the taste. You can buy ginger root and chew it until the reflux is gone but a lot of people do not like the taste of it. I was told by my doctor to try this when I was pregnant and wanted to use something natural. I tried it and it worked very well. Ginger Ale is good for it too and tastes better, but not as effective as chewing on the ginger root. Good luck, I hope this helps.
