The Mayo Clinic researcher suggested that if dopamine agonists (Requip) was causing Impulse Disorder symptoms, the patient might consider withdrawing from Requip treatment. What are the alternative medications that may be effective in treating RLS or Involuntary Muscle Movements? I cannot imagine a night without Requip
Withdraw from any full agonists without a doctor/ treatment specialist is not recomended. Its a lot worse than anyone can imagine. There are meds that can help tho to make it more possible. Methadone can be helpful but if ur goal is to get off of dependency of opiates I would discourage methadone n consider suboxone/subutex. Get informed on these treatment meds n talk to a professional to discuss the best path for u. Good luck. Its a battle either way so get motivated!
