400mg is max for 24 hr. The pills are 50 mg, so that would be 8 pills a day.
Hi, KM is correct, the max dose is 400mg in a 24 hour period, but please check your dosage, not just count the number of tablets you take, as there are also 100mg, and 200mg tablets...
