I focus on my tasks well most of the time, but sometimes I get so paranoid with the outside and people that I have to stay alone for days and wait until it subsides!
I know what you mean Shawn the Xanax should help some And if nothing else don't put yourself under to much pressure as you can make small task outside the house like just going outside or out to the sidewalk little by little enlarge your comfort zone and make sure to not take it out on yourself when you just can't do it.And reward and only remember the positive parts of what you were able to do. We can be our own worse enemy or critic with stuff like this and just dig the hole deeper. As they say BABY STEPS. keep at it. Chuck1957
