I'm waking up multiple times during the night from reoccurring nightmares and I get so scared to the point I wake up and can't breathe. ☹️ This happens in cycles and they are continued dreams and I'm too scared to fall back asleep. I get super frustrated about it and just wanna cry. The only thing I noticed that helps is when I'm cuddling with my boyfriend and I move around so much during the night so it barely ever stays that way and there's times we don't see each other for weeks on end due to him being in the military. What can I do to help all of this?! I'm so hopeless at this point. :(
