I have been prescribed potassium citrate to control kidney stones. I also have to limit my sodium intake to 1500 mg a day. I am trying to figure out how much sodium I can still have in my daily diet while taking this medication. Citrate is a salt, so why is it so difficult to find the sodium content of Potassium Citrate?
