Balbanses is right you must follow the prescribing information, the one thing I can tell you is don't take it past 6pm at night because it will interfere with your sleep, I was a pharmacist before and I would have people calling because they thought the ADD meds was keeping them awake at night and when I ask them when they took there last dose and they would tell me 8pm or 9pm then that would be why they couldn't sleep, so just a little advice there but you must follow the prescribing info on the bottle, hope this helps
