This question is regarding my mother who passed away 7 months very unexpectedly at the age of 54 with a 1.95 mg/L lethal level of tramadol in her system and I am wanting to know how many 50mg tramadol pills would need to have been taken to equal that level, as my Mother did not take these pills herself or willingly and this is very suspicious. Just need to know how many pills 1.95 mg/L equals in tramadol pills. Thank you and hope someone can help

Uuuh... Let's round off 1.95mg to 2.0... And "L," Litre, to Quart... The adult human body has about 5 Litres, or Quarts of blood. At 2mg of Tramadol per Litre, ONE 50mg standard dose of Tramadol, completely absorbed into the bloodstream, would reach lethal levels in 25 Litres of blood, or FIVE humans... Somebody needs to do some more research or move the Decimal point around. I am sorry for the loss of your loved one. I am definitely not a forensic scientist.
