So I messed up a bit. I am currently doing a weight loss diet but i allowed myself to get malnourished as i am noticing the signs (finding hair here and there) Now im 5'4 currently 138 pound and my goal was 125. Ill still be in my healthy weight range i just did a bit of dieting too fast. So my question is if i do a maintenance diet for a week (up my calorie intake, vitamins etc) will i recover within that time? Or how long does it take to recover normally from malnourishment/how long should i give myself? Thank you and all help is very much appreciated.
