... question is my new years resolution was to tone up, while going thru menopause. So using my tread mill , at a fast walk for 20 minutes for 3 days... The pain in my legs isn't a sore pain from exercise, more like a burning deep in my muscles. This has happened before. My question is why just a little bit of exercise takes me days to recover, when I should just be sore and keep exercising could this related to my MH? I am a small framed female, no body fat so I know it can't be weight on my legs that make me feel this way. And I have no other health problems except blood pressure which is under control. Thank you.
I can't answer your question in relation to MH.
However I get the same burning feeling.
I bought a pulse ox (the little finger tip gadget to check your oxygen level). It was less than $50 at the Mayo online store. I've seen them at CVS etc. It pays to get the best one they have for accuracy.
I found that my O2 goes significantly down when I'm exerting myself. I will let you know after I see my doc.
