You may want to try an amino acid argentine as it increases HGH. Avoid Soy as it is a phytoestrogen, avoid alcohol since alcohol upregulates aromatase which converts testosterone to estrogen, take a multi vitamin a day and consume whole foods. You may also want to take bovine colostrum as it increase IGf 1 and drink bone broth which is rich in bioavailable minerals. Avoid smoking since it depletes cofactors .
