Vivatrol, also known as Naltrexone (a full opiate antagonist) preferentially replacing opiates (full opiate agonists) and inducing severe immediate drug withdrawal (called precipitated withdrawal) if any opiates are still in your blood system/body.
It is also used to reduce alcohol consumption.
Most Importantly nausea and vomiting are listed in the side effects: https://www.drugs.com/sfx/vivitrol-side-effects.html under the heading 'Common' that call for seeing your doctor if they bother you or continue. Most of these side effects should diminish as you get used to the medication.
