am 43 yrs old, with regular menstrual cycle, taking preconceive pill for preparation of getting pregnant, but i'm taking Methyldopa 250mg and Amlo Tad 10mg to cure my high blood presure,,
This is a question to ask your obstetrician. At 43, you may still be able to conceive but as we age, incidence for anomalies like Downs Syndrome become higher. So you need to talk with your OB about the risks of having a child at this age. Many women in their late 30's and 40's have healthy children but you do need to be aware of the increased risk for certain problems.
