Major depression,bipolar, anxiety are they all the same or they need different treatments?

Hello Joeyh193. The diagnosis you mentioned are treated differently although the drugs used might be common for all of the above. Meaning, the same drug for each diagnosis. Regards, pledge

These diagnosis are definitely different, they are treated in some cases with the same combination of medication but there are DEFINITELY medications that are contra-indicated for the diagnosis of bipolar I or II, and should be addressed by a psychiatrist who can make the appropriate diagnosis and medication recommendations. They all can benefit from conseling in addition to medications. If you think you have any of the mentioned issues going on, please seek out a psychiatrist and therapist.
