How much of Magnesium Oxide is too much?
I have just started taking ~1000mg each night before bed for constipation and it works great. If stools are too loose, I cut back to 500mg then return to 1000mg in a day or two. I was wondering if in the long run, after long term use, will it will become less effective? Also what about side effects of taking 1000mg daily for a long period of time (years)?
