Till today seemed to have an anxiety attack. Was in store with lots of people and got hot and felt light. Anyway this was the first time it happened. Into my blood test back and was told all was good they weren't liver tests just the other checks. Per dr nurse won't check liver till the end of my 8 week treatment. Not sure I like that I want to know how do other dr do it time frame etc? I have been working out for over a week now and normally only problem is tired. But this anxiety thing made me nervous. Anyone else with this? Questions just seem to keep coming sorry.
Joey1949... It is common to not take your blood for eight weeks after beginning treatment, in your case for HepC. This gives the medication a chance to build up in your system and they can compare it to what it was from when you first came to them. It does take upwards of up to eight weeks on the medication to get a real reading.
You did, indeed, have a panic attack. If you are on meds, I hope you took them. If not, one can always talk themselves down from an attack. Just tell yourself "WE WILL BEAT THIS. WE WILL MAKE IT THRU THIS. I AM STRONGER THAN THIS." Repeat this over and over as you breathe and the attack will stop. No pills needed.
Good luck on your liver reading; give them time to run them and practice breathing.
