She said I was at 9.1% for the antibodies however I've never had an outbreak and don't plan to. I ordered lysine but don't want to risk taking it and my body start signs that have never been there. Should lysine be takin If you've been exposed to herpes in your blood and the doc says you have no infection??
Lysine is just an amino acid. It wont hurt you and there are little in the way of side effects. It just helps to bolster your immune system to keep the virus suppressed.
