She said I was at 9.1% for the antibodies however I've never had an outbreak and don't plan to. I ordered lysine but don't want to risk taking it and my body start signs that have never been there. Should lysine be takin If you've been exposed to herpes in your blood and the doc says you have no infection??
Lysine is just an amino acid. It wont hurt you and there are little in the way of side effects. It just helps to bolster your immune system to keep the virus suppressed. The Herpes virus will always be inside you, there is no cure and when your immune system is low, then is when you may see an outbreak. A fever could trigger blisters on your lips or nose or on your genitals. Lysine just helps to boost your immune system so you dont have any outbreaks
