Hello,

Kelly is correct, lyrica ( pregabalin ) is not a narcotic and it is used in the treatment of fibromyalgia; postherpetic neuralgia; epilepsy; diabetic nerve damage; neuralgia and belongs to the drug class gamma-aminobutyric acid analogs.

Take care,

maso.-

Its not a narcotic, however for some damnable reason its a controlled medication. Its only a schedule 5 tho, which is medications like cough medicine. I am not aware of anyone abusing it but I suppose anything is possible.
