I started Lyrica about a week ago. I've noticed the last three days, I have been really crabby.
Could it be affecting my fluoxetine or is it just coincidence?
Will Lyrica effect my antidepressant fluoxetine?

It's more likely the Lyrica itself affecting your mood. It can have various mood related side effects and for most people once they occur they stay or may even become worse, as was the case for myself.
Fluoxetine is in general pretty safe and able to be taken with many other types of medications, so if you were fine until the recent start of Lyrica then it's unlikely to be caused by the fluoxetine.
Hope you're feeling better soon!
